The Cephalosporin and Penicillin Area facilities belong to the class of antibiotics. Each area is dedicated to a separate set of activities, which increases the integrity of the production process, allowing the manufacturing of high-quality products and meeting the customers’ expectations and requirements. The production area adheres to the required standard of hygiene and maintenance.
We are here to meet new challenges to provide you the best, in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Lisko’s manufacturing facility is the manifestation of over a decade of planning and hard work. Today’s pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities bear little resemblance to those of even a decade ago.
More modular construction platforms will be available, each with its own distinct identity and strengths. In addition, new single-use process equipment and contained process equipment and cleanrooms enable dramatic increases in flexibility and reductions in capital costs. Ampoule manufacturing facilities also will be transformed by new production platforms and better plant design.
As far as Lisko has a strong portfolio of Oral Solid and Liquid dosage forms and is confident to maintain its standard in the upcoming semisolid (including creams, general ointments, and steroidal ointment) and unit dose delivery system (sachet). Dedicated warehousing activities along with CGMP compliant Dispensing and Sampling Booths will be provided. The automatic manufacturing technology of external liquids will be provided to meet customer requirements.
A separate and completely dedicated Psychotropic plant will be completed, which when come into operation will provide tablets, capsules, and injectables, The cephalosporin’s injectable section will also be finalized soon to provide quality medicines.
Quality Control ensures that necessary and relevant tests are being performed to ascertain the quality of a product before it is released in the market for use.
Quality control is responsible for the chemical and microbiological testing of all APIs, excipients, finished products, and other constituents, primary packaging components, stability samples, etc. At Lisko Pakistan Pvt Ltd, we have a well-equipped analytical laboratory using exacting and sophisticated analytical techniques for precise and accurate quantitative analysis to fulfill the requirements of international standards.
Every employee engaged in Quality Control Department has relevant education, proper training, and experience to perform the assigned functions. Training is an ongoing process for all chemists/microbiologists on a regular basis to perform the required job as per GLP to ensure the delivery of quality products with consistency.
